I lost my money on the ATM machine, I deposited 1000 on the ATM machine on the 27 Aug and my money was stuck at the machine as try to pull it back and machine pull it in and R100 reflects the money that has been deposited on my Acc and R400 it refund back me, R500 was lost at the ATM, i went inside the bank and complain about the ATM lady gave me Ref No and she said I must come back in 6 working days Wednesday 4th, went back to the branch and on the 6th Sept and guy at front desk was very helpfully, he gave me phone to call the guys from head office, it took 40mins the phone to answered, their gave me another Ref NO and he said I must wait another 2 working days, this morning 07 Sept I receive the call saying ATM has been balance so these no extra cash, she said to me you can take further steps if you want to, I asked her does that means I've lost my R500 rand she said unfortunately yes Sir.
