Last year I emailed about the same thing. My husband had to fill out a form which stated I was able to get info etc on our medical aid. I had no problems. Until now. I email last week and get a reply today saying that my email is not on your records. My husband filled out 'indefinitely' - if this wasn't right, why not say something? Why ignore it. Why do I only get told now that he needs to fill out a form to update his member details, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I am the one who is the mother, I sit and take my 3 children to drs etc and now if I need to know info, tough for me as Momentum have not got my details??? Completely unacceptable. A big inconvenience. Why must we continue to fill out forms? Again, if his 'indefinitely' was not ok, it is YOUR job to say something and not leave it. Another disappointment. My husband travels extensively, hence him saying indefinitely. But now Momentum say he must fill out forms? I'm sorry, NO! You find the old form, you resubmit my details now so that I can access my medical aid without problems. You have not only inconvenienced me but my husband and our children.
