I took a loan for r15000 last year, on the 14th of June l paid r7700 and carried on with my monthly installment. On the first week on aug l went to the branch to ask for a settlement letter and was told that the 7700 is not allocated to my account but that will be solved in 3 to 4 days. After a week went back that was not done they said 3 to 4 days again says the the guys in the loans dep, after another week still it was not done the urgent by the name lee Anne said she s escalating the matter to management and she gave me a ref number after 4 days the money is stil not allocated I spoke to Itumeleng who promised he will send it directly to my email guess what l m still waiting from last week Monday.

Moreover l have been having unauthorized debit orders from the lady by the name mashudu for 1550 the best that my bank can do is reverse and not even update that it's not my fault so it doesn't affect my credit record. I am not having joy with fnb their service is pathetic with clueless employees who dont even do follows ups to check if the problem has been solved fnb takes the cup on service l feel my money is not safe and l m not valued as a customer.
