I had a loan with FNB which i asked for a settlement ammount and i was sent a letter which stated that if i pay the ammount before the 22 of April my account will be closed and they wont debit my cheque account.
which i did pay the money and still they went ahead and debited my cheque account.i called them on the 30th of April asking that they must refund the money which i was advised that they will and it will take 3-5 days.that never happened and the following week i did the same and now we are on the 3rd week still it has happened and when i call im told that they will send the matter to their team leader/superiors to action but they are forever in meetings.dont understand why it takes so long to do a refund and the call centre agents dont have a clue what to do and there is no escalation point besides the team leaders that are never there or who don't attend to issue brought forward to them.service is really bad with the FNB call centres.

please assist in resolving this as i have tried but failed.
