ACCOUNT STILL REFLECTS BALANCE

Payment was deducted today but still reflects on account. phoned the call centre and was told they waiting on clearance from my bank. this is a debit order not an EFT what clearance is needed the money was deducted. was also told that due to a delay from wonga's side payments will only reflect at 6??? very dissapointed as i wont have access to a pc at that time to apply and due to studies i needed to apply again today. if i apply at 6 i wont have the money tomorrow and last day to register is tomorrow!
