I would just like to find out if wonga is so 100% automated all the complaints relating to accounts are mostly due to payments being made to wonga but they dont updated on there side. I paid wonga this past Saturday the 25th via eft with immediate clearance and to top if off I paid more then I should have but my account still says payment not received. Please allocate funds and mark as paid!!! Seems like the only way problems get resolved is through hello peter. Loyal customer thinking thrice to apply again.!
