For the 1st time, i'm so disappointed in Wonga.i took out a loan and the repayment was for the 24/12/2013, then i got paid earlier i then decided to pay them back on the 20/12/2013.the account was updated on the 24/12/2013 and i was even able to apply for another loan which was paid to my account on the 27/12/2013.that didn't surprise me cos it was the holiday the following day but to my surprise, after they paid in the money they then deducted the amount that i paid them manually and i needed the money urgently.i called their not so friendly agent who who didn't help me at all.i ended up reversing the debit order as i was desperate and was due on my rent.not impressed at all...
