Update my account PLEASE

I have now emailed wonga twice and tried to phone them 4 times, it has been 3 weeks and no response from them. The website still reflects that I have not paid my account yet I have the sms from wonga and my bank aswell as bank statements that confirms the payment has been made on time and still it reflects that owe. The customer care from is extremely poor. interesting how quickly good service can turn bad.
