Called Absa to apply for a student loan, application was handled by Sindisiwe.
She handled it well during the application phase and sent me a qoutation for the loan in question.

And there the communication just stopped. I called again and asked to speak to her twice, but she was apparently busy on both occasions.
On the third call, I talked to another lady, Rochelle, which said that either a consultant or Sindisiwe would call me back, to discuss the qoute with me.
Nothing, and no-one, has happened since. This was three days ago, and the college where I want to study is closing registrations in 4 days.
This is really, really ridiculous. I've been banking with Absa for more than 10 years, and pay my banking fees every month. So why not call me back for 5 minutes??
