I had a accident etc my broker big time with the insurance company now we have found additional damage under neath my car that their first appointed assessor never recorded to begin with we are basically doing their homework for them we started repairs on my car as they were taking forever on the quote for the body which they sorted out with us as it was coming out of my own pocket because they take forever with authorizing and stuff, now they want to write my car off as uneconomical to repair as they have now added the undercarriage damage to the first quote, since when do you add it to a previous quote after work has been done on the car. then to top it off your staff are rude and impolite how this company can treat clients like, disgusting is the word that comes to mind.

I mean HELLO WHAT THE F are you guys doing do you even know what you are doing, now they turning around saying no i cancelled the policy um well when do i have the frig gen time to phone and secondly who the gave you lot the right to cancel with out notify me. I will not drop this issue and till its resolved I will take further steps.
