MOTOR CLAIM

We had a motor accident claim on 13 July 2013. We got the car back 3 weeks later and the next day the car jsut switched off and my husband got stuck. Its been 4weeks and 3 days and we do not have a claim number, neither do we know whats wrong with the car. when we do follow up we keep on getting feedback that they are awaiting feedback from the assessor. How ridiculous is that? why wait so long on a report. We are inconvenienced and do not know whats going on. Our broker even sent an email to the relevant people and cc'd me in, but to date i have not received any feedback. I wont refer anyone to be insured with an insurer who just dont care.
