My husband was in a car accident on 7/10/2013. Till today they dont give feedback about the claim. This company doesnt care about the client at all, my husband is left without a car for over a week. The car was taken to the assessor on thursday already and stillnothing. When he phones to here whats going on the person answering the phone cant give him answers and when the call is transfered no one answers. Hollard service is the worst. They cant tell you if the car is a write off or if it can be fixed. How long must a client wait and be without a car. Dont understand why you have insurance if they dont help you when you are in need
