What a cold response

I wrote a report on Vericred since their client Ampath handed my account to them for collection, they response I received showed that whoever responded doesn't want to take responsibility for their service failure! Your call centre failed to return calls as promised, leaving my query unresolved for a long time therefore both service provider and you as their debt collector failed dismally! Don't tell me next time I log a complaint on the service providers page when you have also failed on your part! Mxm no wonder the call centre staff doesn't keep promises nor take accountability!
