On the 26/01/2013, I was involved in an accident, where claim forms were requested on numerous occasions from the Broker and received later on that day. In the latter, I had advised that the vehicle was not drivable and the Faye insisted that I get quotations only to be told that they will appoint an assessor which was delayed and attended too after a number of requests to the broker. There has been an exchange of e-mails where the tone reflected a non-empathetic and non-professional reproach. I have never been contacted to be furnished with feedback not unless I throw my toys out of a cradle and to date I have no idea what is happening with my claim, all the queries sent to Faye are never responded to and she has now adapted the passing the buck tendency. What Broker tells the client to call the insurer themselves? The service received has been horrendous and I would never refer anyone to them.
