Involved in accident on 30 July and lodged a a claim on 31 July 2013. Got feedback that my claim has been approved only 7 August 2013 despite having been told that it takes between 24 to 48 hours to provide assessment and validation feedback. I have been contacted by a panel beater that they have a date of 16 September 2013 to repair my car, that date is too far. There is need that I pay access and wait for that long to take my car to them. The turnaround is something worrying for I have never skipped my instalment ever since taking up an insurance. I can not be driving a damaged car for that long.
