I asked for total balance owinf in aug 2013 which i paid what amount i was given because I wanted to cancel account. I called back and cancelled card which was "done". I get a statment now with R520.00.I called absa they have no knowledge if my request, They are a ripoff now I have to R520.00 ti get the card cancelled.these people charged me service fees on account from aug. I will neve deal with absa again they take clinets hard earned money for no reason and their service is disgutsing.sat awaya from absa.
They are the worst bank in sa.
