New Ad Campaign Is A

In response to their advert regarding paying out R400 if they can't beat your current quote, I sms'd them on the 24th of Jan. They called back and we went through the process and they quoted me - my current quote is substantially lower than theirs. They said that they would mail me a link in order for me to upload my current schedule. I have since phoned a further three times to enquire regarding the mail - each time I have been met with attitude from their agents and still no email, despite SLOWLY spelling the address and giving them an alternative email address. Clearly they do not want to honour their promise of a payout. Perhaps the next mail should be to the ASA or the Ombudsman.
