On 09/10/2013 I applied for a quote from Outsurance. I received the quote on 09/10/2013 from Yathin Maharaj. The quote was not cheaper than my current quote and they have send me the link to claim my R400.00 and that I must upload my policy document on their website. On 11/10/2013 I uploaded only the page of my policy for the car insurance and then received an e-mail form Andrei Overbeek that I must upload my FULL policy document, which I did and that the claim will take 30 days.
I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM OUTSURANCE AGAIN, and when I e-mailed Andrei on 1 October 2013, his e-mail address was non-operational. I called yesterday and was informed by another operator that Andrei is not there, but that his supervisor will contact me... this morning I received the same e-mail as on 11/10/2013 stating that I must upload everything and then wait 30 days. I called them this morning and now they want the full policy with the T&C's... I DON'T WANT OUTSURANCE'S POLICY, so what do you have to do with the T&C's on my current policy? Google the T&C's of Auto & General if you are that desperate! This is why I will never contact Outsurance again... big mouth in their ads, but no delivery!
