As advertised, Outsurance undertakes to pay you R400 if they can't beat your current insurance. They couldn't beat mine by a long shot! Undertook to send me an e-mail with a link and an sms with a PIN to be quoted on the link in the e-mail. Recived the sms but not the e-mail. Confirmed my e-mail address at least three times. Finally got hold of a call centre agent (Lemark Bennet) who asked me to send my current policy document. Still couldn't beat my current insurance. Undertook to send my details and documentation to a manager. Never heard from them since despite being told I'd receive a response "within the day" on 2 December. Sent a follow-up e-mail on 9 December, still no response. Don't bother wasting your time going through the whole quotation process - they obviously have no intention of paying out the R400, just want you to call them on your own dime.
