So I phoned outsurance last week to see if they could match or give me a better premium than the one I'm currently paying. They quoted me twice the amount I'm currently paying and when I asked about their R400 if they cannot beat your current premiums promotion I was told that I would be sent a link to my e-mail address so as to initiate the payout process.
Needless to say, I am still waiting for an e-mail from Outsurance despite having phoned over 3 times and supplying an alternative e-mail address. I can understand a technical glitch on one account but really now I submitted two e-mail addresses which I can confirm are working as I'm receiving all other e-mails on both except of course THE ONE FROM OUTSURANCE.
