Disgustingly rude attitude from a call centre

I have never in my life encountered such a rude call centre agent trying to collect fees from a customer. Once i am done with my house and home acccount i will never EVER set foot in that store or anywhere where rainbow finance offers financial aid in any way. I was called by a bradley which REFUSED to give his full name when i asked for it. I called the number which he called from and learned his name is bradley anderson. He asked to update my new job details because i am in arrears with account, due to retrenchment. When i gave my new company name he became VERY rude and loud and tried to make me out to be a because the company name i gave is similar to the previous company i worked for in 2010.I returned to my old company but it is now under a new name. He shouted at me raising his voice louder than mine and threatened to send tracers and all sort of debt collectors to recover funds. Had he not been so rude and pretending i owe HIM money he would of learned i am working again for a company trading under a new name. When i gave the new name he said he is sitting with ITC facts in front of him, saying im a. But i JUSt started the new job yesterday. Bradley is lower than snake turd
