I have a laptop account at house and Home. And I paid my installment on Monday via EFT, The lady called me (Think its Aljandra) VERY VERY arrogantly and Started telling me that I don't pay, I don't want to give my laptop back, what is my problem And I do just what I want, and put the phone down in my ear!!
This has happened multiple times and I'm sick and tired of this lady making threats like this and treating me like a flippen animal, I do pay my laptop and I have bought a bed and a TV from You which I paid finished in 3 months instead of 24 Months.
IT JUST TAKES A LITTLE RESPECT LADY!!! JUST A LITTLE RESPECT. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER IN MY LIFE BUY ANYTHING AT HOUSE AND HOME OR RAINBOW FINANCE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL THIS COMPANY IS. THIS LADY HAS NO MANNERS WHATSOEVER AND TREATS PEOPLE LIKE GARBAGE!!!
