I would just like to inform any one who ever think of buying anything on credit from House and Home. Rainbow finance is the credit provider for house and home and have a very bad attitude.
I have payed the full amount of 2 accounts at them with no problem. During a leap year there system didn't debit from my account and cause some mishap of by bank account. I told them its there fould and the need to extend my months to be paid. They refused and told me even if i have a contract that state debit order payment is on that date, i Must have sufficient funds through the whale month tor them to debit when ever thy feel like it.
I still have a norther account outstanding by them. I'm 2 months behind and just made a payment. They phoned and told i must pay the outstanding amount. Talk her I Will pay if I can and when I can. Also said i Will pay it by the end of the month. She never gave me any time to talk i Had to be rude to just get a word in. Also told there that the full outstanding amount of R1500 wil be paid by the end of the year.
She just said, refuse to make a payment, give the item back (Paid 7500) and non coperative.
Dont ever ever By from them!!!
