THE WORST WORST WORST SERVICE

I applied for a personal loan at African two weeks ago and to date I still have not received a satisfactory answer as to what has taken so long. The bank had to create my employer (subgroup - whatnot) and this took almost a week to do. I have called several times and each consultant tells me a different story. I have never been frustrated and the service is Appalling. The manager at Woodmead has tried her best to assist me, but she can only do so much whilst she waits for her incompetent colleagues. The application was reworked once and now they keep requesting the branch to send documents that have been already sent to the credit assessment department. Clearly the people from the call centre either do not have any training at all, or they are just not interested in their jobs. An agent called to confirm employment and there was the relevant person in HR was not in. They were told to call back and its been 2 days since this has been done. Im now beginning to wonder if the reason for the delay is because I am foreign, but surprisingly other foreign nationals get their applications done in a timeously manner. This is frustrating!!!
