Hellopeter. I am trying to help a family member solve a query with Clientele. See correnpondance from her below:

I introduced Fatima to IFA and she took out these policies while I was a member. Myself and Fatima had a very good relationship and we agreed that if anything should happen to her I should take care of her funeral arrangements. When Fatima passed on I did organize the funeral out of my own pocket and you can verify this with all or of her children and my husband. She did make me the beneficiary of her policy. You dad at the time was already sick and she was taking care of him, she was in charge of all their duties I cannot see why you would think that she would want him to arrange her funeral. You know as well I as do that he was incapable of doing that at the time. I emailed Clientele and asked them to get back to me regarding this issue as a matter of urgency.
