After Applying for a credit at african bank and done all the telephone application got pre approved, went to the branch got approved, signed contract, received credit card, signed for credit card, activated credit card.
It's been a week since I first went into the branch and applied. Everytime I call the call centre its a different story.
The Africa bank call centre people I spoke to were rude and very unhelpful.
They are apparently confirming employment but my HR manager faxed this, I emailed it to the creditcard department and a fictional email address supplied by the call centre consultant : [Email Removed] - this email doesn't work and gets bounced back.
Please just let me know what the problem is, it's very frustrating being in the dark.
