I received my A&G contract this week about my premium increase. I called A&G to query this increase and after 3 of their staff were unable to help me though they do have good customer service but Kelebogile is the BEST, and she knows what she is doing. She really helped me a lot and went an extra mile just to make sure I leave a happy customer. To me Kelebogile deserves Stars, I'm not sure how many because no number can match the Stars she deserves.
And I just want to say a BIIIIIGGG Thank You to Kelebogile, you really made my day and I'm glad I finally got through to someone who knows what they are doing though I eventually ran out of airtime :-). Please extend this excellent service to other A&G customers.
