Kelebogile Sebone - she went extra mile to help me

Thanks somuch Kelebogile Sebone for going extra mile to assist me. My car was repossessed in 2007 and I got payment of R10, 000.00 from Westbank. However my name was listed with Wesbank as a defaulter, which made it difficult for me to finance a car. I phoned Kelebogile in April this year explaining my situation, she empathized with me and informed me to clear my other account and reapply after 6 months.

My car packed in June; I needed a new car desperately. I applied with the dealer and explained my position; I was then advised by the dealer to contact Kelebogile as she is aware of my situation. I phoned her and "she said I'll try my best to motivate your deal with credit department" and also assured to report back to me within 2hours. A promise was kept, the deal was motivated and approved.

A bigthank Kelebogile Sebone; I'm a happy customer, driving my brand new car with a very low rate. You're a star, thanks once more for effective, prompt and efficient customer service. I'm a proud mom, my kids are sooo happy
