This letter is in reference to Telesure employee, Auto and General Emmanuel Nzama. The help I have received on several occasions by Emmanuel has been above and beyond the call of Duty. As someone who has been in a service related industry for the better part of a decade, I can say Emmanuel customer service was second to none! He was always in touch with me and even went into organizing a car rental when I was so desperate to get to JHB for work on time.
