I would like to complement Thelma Mnembe as a customer of Auto & General, thelma is one of a few great consultants we have working in a call centre.
I had submitted a claim with Auto & General, I just happened tospeak to Thelma and explained everything to her, she replied by saying please stay on the line I'll make sure you get assisted. She dealt with my policy like it was her own, she calmed me down and made sure that I got helped. She further followed up if my claim was being processed. She went an extra mile, I am very very happy about her service, its just phenomenal and I cant stop telling everyone about her. May she keep up the excellent service and I do hope she reaps the good rewards. She's just a star. Its through people like her that we now say "TELESURE'S GOT TALENT"
