Pay your premiums, for what?

Firstly, they tried to claim that the person whom crashed into me said it was my fault, all it took was one call to them from ME and that person was more than happy to own up. Outsurance claimed they couldn't phone Brolinks customers and Brolink claimed it was mistake that they logged the incident incorrectly. Sounds like a convenient way for both insurance companies to get their clients to pay their excesses. Then to get a suitable panel beater within a reasonable distance from me took 6 calls, all from my side. With no call backs from Outsurance despite adamant claims that they would call back. Then outsurance ordered non original parts for my car which didn't fit. And on top of that, 90% of the people I spoke to at outsurance had a horrendous attitude towards me and treated the entire episode as an inconvenience. Lucky for me I finishing Med school soon and all my colleges will hear about the disgusting service provided to me and I will make it my mission, that no work college, friend or family member will ever take out an outsurance policy of any sorts.
