I cancelled one policy a year ago after my mother in-law passed on. I have other policy with them. I have sent a fax to them to cancel, because their land line number you cant get through simply no one is answering the phone. I have tried many times can not get through that number. They have increased my premium despite the form that i sent not to increase my premium. Every thing that i sent to them they didnt receive. I give them instruction to deduct premiums on the 25th of each month ASSUPOL send debit orders on the 22nd when there is no maoney. I m only paid on the 25th of each money. I have never seen an insurance company like this one. Christie's (branch manager) cell phone is angaged 24 hrs. She doesnt reply to email.
