Useless PocketPos product

I'm in the shuttle and transportation business and the PocketPos product took my attention. Firstly the consultant at branch level, assured me that the PocketPos can process Diner's Card payments, which is the livelihood of any shuttle business.
I subsequently payed R2000 for the device, and R100.00 admin fees. When the PocketPos finally arrived 3 weeks later, it turned out that in fact, i does not process Diner's Card payments, which is essentially the only reason why i acquired it.

Now head office doesn't want to refund me for selling me a dud. Its been three weeks since i was promised that their outbound sales team will get in touch with me. I've been taken from pillar to post.

Sies Nedbank, you've lost me as a client. No wonder you still lagging behind the big three.
The PocketPos is useless. The least said about the department tasked with handling it the better.
Back to FNB for me, but not before i get my refund. I WANT MY REFUND NOW!!!
