I took my Karcher high pressure cleaner in for repairs on Wednesday morning. The Technician told me he would phone me the same day to tell me what the cause was for my machine leaking water. He never did phone. The next day I phone him at 15h45, to find out what was going on. He then said he was busy opening up my machine and he will call me in a hours time. Again he did not phone. Friday I called him again, he made me hold on for 5 minutes while I could hear him having a laugh with the girl at the front desk. Eventually he came back and said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He never did call me. Three times he said he would call and never did. At this stage I can not complain about the service, because THERE IS NO SERVICE!
