Nedbank let me down when I really needed help

I was very disappointed by the service that I got fron Nedbank last week wednesday. Me and my boyfriend wanted money desperatley that day. When we got to an atm he obviously could not withdraw that amount of money at an atm and had to go inside.

Then we realised that he left his id book at home and he quickly went back to fetch it. I waited for him inside. They close at 17.00.When I noticed the time I went to them and explain my story and asked them to open for him when he comes as he was already on his way. THEY SAID NO!! He came there at 17.07 and they turned us away and opened for me since I was waiting iside. I mean HOW CRUEL IS THAT??I could not believe it and still cannot believe how cruel the GERMISTON GOLDEN WALK NEDBANK STAFF ARE.
