S.A. Underwritters offered me tyre insurgence in 2012, they to me about replacing my tyre if it is damaged i had a damaged tyre that's when i found out that the agent to me as i was not given a new tyre but a couple of rands. I then canceled the policy after the first claim but this year i decided to have a look on my bank statement and that is when i discovered that they have been deducting money from my account and now they don't want to give me my money back. They want proof that i canceled and i don't have it i faxed them a later because i was told to do so. WHAT can i do, a lady called Eloise was dealing with this refund.
