No communications or Service

I requested a smart device Samsung S4 phone via the FNB website. I received a SMS notification on Friday 30 August that the device has been sent to Digital Planet and I will be contacted. Today One week later I have received No Communications and thus No Device.
What bad service and Nobody has followed up
