DON'T GET A SMART DEVICE FROM FNB

I ordered my smart device through FNB and received a faulty device which I called to be collected, they still have not delivered my new smart device that I am now paying for!! I have called this entire week as well as gone into FNB itself and I have received no reply as to where my device is that I am paying for the service has been so bad!! FNB CANT HELP YOU!!!
