Nedbank needs to up their game

I made a payment arrangement with Dominic on Saturday 12 Danuary for my personal loans. I sent an email to [Email Removed] to document this and got a reference number 7998651. Yet to receive a response after 6 days.
Also, my Transactor Plus card was delivered and I gave all the FICA Docs to the delivery guy. Now they tell me I must go to a brach to re-verify the details. Why when I have already given my proof address and a copy of my ID to the delivery man? And my salary needs to be paid into that account on Saturday and they still require a R50.00 opening deposit. Is there anyway that this can be waivered and deducted from my first salary deposit?
