Dial Direct Employee takes the AARGH out of claims

To Whom it may concern,

I just need to express how absolutely thrilled I am with Leticia's friendly manner, efficiency and knowledge of product.
My claim took me only 8 minutes to log. Completely hassle free with a kind and human mannerism on the phone, not like the usual "I am reading from a script" phone call I am used to.
Now thats the way insurance should be handled! I am so impressed.

On the whole, Dial Direct has never let me down and I brag about you frequesntly. Adding Leticia to the mix just makes me brag more.

Thank you Dial Direct. Your service in a country that service seems to be on the decline, is a shining light of hope and inspiraton. Keep it up!
