Pity its not nearer Christmas, could have sent FNB a watch and calendar as a present from Santa, as they obviously don't have anything to remind them of time. Raised a complaint on 27th Aug - 333530. Got an unacceptable response, so raised another complaint on 29th Aug requesting a senior person from Forex Division to contact me - and got an electronic response - " A Consultant will contact you within 24 business hours" - STILL WAITING!!! and their slogan is - "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU" - wheres Steve when you need him?
