I raised poor reception issue with MTN on 18 June. Ref # 0055051. Followed up regularly. Continued promises of helping me, but simply no response even after 6 weeks of following up. 2 more reference numbers from complaint raised on MTN website with promises to contact me - but its all.
Raised issue on hellopeter, they replied as below

STILL no reply. This company certainly do not deserve anybody's business
