FNB Paid 2 weeks ago, but account still not closed

I have already raised a complaint on Hello Peter, given a negative feedback report about the bad service received following the complaint, have e-mailed the individual? s manager directly and STILL my complaint has not been handled and STILL the issue has not been resolved!
I do not have the time or energy to write the whole story yet again, but just feel that if the Manager of the person I was dealing with originally and the Manager? s Manager cannot be bothered to give me feedback, then no wonder the service received from the? lower level? employees stinks (a fish always stinks from the head down). So I am now asking that the next level manager contacts me and will continue to climb the rungs of the ladder until someone can be bothered to resolve the situation!
FNB Please note: Telling me that someone is looking into the situation is not a response. Whoever contacts me should look into the history and contact me fully informed of the history of the account and ONLY then will I go to the effort of explaining the problem yet again!
Steve? s Bank is looking pretty good these days!
