Hi,
On the 14th of November 2011 I tried to withdraw cash from ATM, no cash came out and neither did my card, yet the amounts of R3, 000, R3, 000 and R2, 000 were deducted off my account.
The incident was reported on the 14 November 2012 to FNB Norwood, I have the documentation of the case being reported, and the FNB CENTRE 087 577 44 44 are aware of it yet I have received no feedback or resolution at all!
I understand they need to investigate but 9 month is excessive even for a bank?
The CENTRE are extremely unhelpful considering it was my money that was lost!
Really poor service.
