Hi,
I contacted FNB a while ago regarding an ebucks issue with my credit card. I was contacted by Lazarus. He told me that he would sort out the problem, however he has disappeared and he never bothered to contact me back. Then I phoned and spoke to the complaints department who assured me that she would escalate it. I also contacted my private banker twice and still no response. I can't believe it. I feel that the only way I would get your attention, is when I move all my accounts. I am very disappointed in this level of service.
