No Concrete feedback

I have applied for a loan and sent all the required documents on Monday and still not concrete feedback. ALl i hear is that my application is being process. I even went to one of your branches to have my details updated but later same day I got an sms saying i must update details. Contacted call centre and this was rectified. One of the settlement letters I submited expires today. and I need the Cash to be made available to me as well hence the credit application. Feedback would be appriciated.
