Mr Thabo Ungerer was appointed as Loss Adjuster to our claim. At our meeting he was both professional and concise in his appointed duty. In addition he was punctual with feedback at all times throughout the 'claim' period. His professional demeanour did not overshadow his empathy to our stressful situation.
