Credit Card a Requirement for eBucks

I have recently upgraded my account online to a Private Clients Account. I have been steadily going up the reward levels on eBucks on my previous Platinum account.

Since I have been upgraded to Private Clients, my eBucks rewards is now capped at level 1, because I don't have a PC Credit Card. I have explained that I don't want or cannot afford and I don't qualify for another card, however, nobody seems to be able to make an exception to this in my case.

I don't believe that to have credit is a valid requirement for the eBucks rewards scheme as a Private Client, as I have been doing all my business through FNB without credit so far. I feel it is unfair to now penalise me after upgrading my account.

I have already taken this up with my Private Banker and call centre but I have not received a satisfying response.
