Private Clients???

One of FNB's Private Bankers phoned me 12/09/2013 to offer me a Private Clients Account. After finding out about all the pro's and 's, I accepted their offer to move my Cheque Account on Private Clients, but LEAVE my Credit Card on Gold, because I didn't want to lose my reward level (I was on level 4, about to move to level 5 that month). They however moved both my account to Private Clients. My "Banker" then assured me that this was their stuff-up, and that they would sort out everything ASAP. I used to earn -eB4000 a month, when I was on Level 4. That was before Checkers joined the e-bucks campaign. Now I am on Level 2 and this last 2 months I only earned 3000 and 2600 respectively. I was now supposed to earn at least eB10000 a month. To top everything off, I haven't been able to use ANY of my available funds in my Revolving Credit Account for almost 2 weeks now. I phoned a couple of times, and till now, nobody can assist me, or even tell me why I can't access any funds. I am now starting to think that this is a way for FNB to limit eBucks to be rewarded to customers. I think Bleep Bank is the future.
