INCORRECT TRANSUNION UPDATE

I REQUESTED FOR A SETTLEMENT WITH MARAVEDI FINANCIAL INSTITUTE FOR MY INCREDIBLE CONNECTION CARD, WHICH I WAS TOLD AND I PAID IT IN FULL AS I WAS TOLD BY THE CONSULTANT ON THE LINE, I WAS SURPRISED TO CHECK MY CREDIT REPORT TO SEE THAT THE SHOP HAS LISTED ME ON 30 AND 60 DAYS NON PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT, IAM DISSAPOINTED BY THIS DEVELOPMENT AS IAM TRYING TO CLEAN MY CREDIT PROFILE, WHY WHY, IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WHY WASNT I NOTIFIED .PLEASE CAN YOU CORRECT THIS UPDATE.
